Nose: An immediate explosion of maple syrup, followed by allspice berries, clove, bubble gum with menthol, and leather.
Palate: Medium thin mouthfeel. The leather note carries through with spearmint, rich chocolate cake, praline, and a fruity note from ripe plums.
Finish: Long, in the center of the roof of the mouth. The maple syrup from the nose returns. Tingly mint and baking spices dance around. Oak is present but balanced nicely with the sweet and spicy notes for a well integrated finish.
