A colossal new remake of our cult classic Lake Erie Monster Double IPA. This refreshing new “sequel” features the same bold, flavorful hop character Lake Erie Monster is known for with a lighter, more drinkable body. Like any good sequel, it took great skill, attention to detail, and respect for the original for our brewers to craft Return of the Lake Erie Monster. Core hops Simcoe and Willamette retain classic hop flavors, while Idaho 7 and Azacca make cameos for a more modern touch. Caramel malt and hop bitterness are cast in supporting roles, leading to lighter mouthfeel and easier sipping. And, of course, the infamous South Bay Bessie still fiercely graces our label art. The result? Return of the Lake Erie Monster, a Double IPA remastered, and deviously drinkable.
